Krista and her associates have helped me tremendously with the Green Card process and were/are always available to provide the best possible recommendations thru the process. They didn't unnecessarily initiate some process/forms etc. just to make money like others that I came across earlier . Always tried to truly help me. They were always reachable via email and provided prompt response. I am sure they provide the same professional expertise and availability in the other areas of legal matters. I am glad that I chose them to guide me for the last 12 yrs. Thanks Krista ! I appreciate your help !!

Don't use this attorneys, their customer service is really bad! First they are never clear about what steps are they going to follow for your case, they don't give you a diagram that covers all the things that they need to do for you. Second. they don't work, they ask you do most of the work, fill down paperwork, letters and other documents and their input is minimum, they just tell you change it, but they don't explain how or why. Third, they take a lot of time to process their emails, work, paperwork received and they don't let you call them with questions. And the last one is their customer service is really bad, the tone that they use on their emails or how they talk to you is not professional, when I told them about this they just came back with a list of excuses on why they can behave like they don't care about my case or when it will be filled. They just cause you stress and they will take a lot of time to process things, for example they will take two months to process something that another attorney can process in one week.
