My Urgent Dentistry

Called 3 times, said Id get a call back- have not received a call back. My crown is coming off and Im in excruciating pain I cant sleep or eat. I need my crown fixed asap its a Sunday WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO IF if youre an emergency dentist you should be able to at least return my calls.

So first of all, I cracked the side off of two teeth and was in horrible pain I called the number and got in touch with the dentist, I got a hold of her and she said she was just pulling out when I called, now keep in mi d this is around 10:00 at night, she said to pull in and park and she would let me in, after she had already closed everything up and locked up she pulled back in opened everything back up and turned everything back on. I see all these comments about nobody being there or not being able to get a hold of her, well let me clue you in she does t not have any help there it is only her and another dentist so she has to take care of all these patients pretty much by herself with no help whatsoever, I cant imagine running a dentist office by myself so be sure to keep that in mind. She was able to get me in and fix both teeth for me at a moments notice without any help. She did an amazing job this was a pretty intensive procedure that she had to do, it wasnt just a little bit of drilling and filling. There was a lot involved and to sum it up there was stitches that were needed, I had called other dentists and they said it was a pretty big procedure and it would take a few hours. She did it in about 30 minutes completely pain free. She was amazing I am deathly afraid of going to the dentist and she was able to calm me down and talked me through the whole procedure and talk me through the literal panic attack I had. If you have an emergency this is the dentist to go to. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind hearted and did an amazing job I cant say enough good things about my experience there. Best dentist I have ever seen!!!

My husband has an excruciating toothache and we called this place last night around 8:30pm on a sunday. The lady who answered took his info and said the dentist was with another patient and would call back. It's now 12hrs later and they finally called back. Needless to say I got him into his dentist today instead. For a place that says they are 24hrs they are extremely terrible at getting back with people. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.

My experience here was amazing! Prioritized my visit, took care of my tooth issue and found other concerning problems. The way the dentist on duty handled me as a patient was comforting! Worth the visit and convenient enough for parents that cant get free time during the week. Will be returning for everything recommended and any future needs
