        This past May, I flew from Calif. to Michigan to help a relative escape an elder abuse situation. After many long hours of flying and driving, we showed up at Quick Print in Traverse City, 20 min. before closing on a Sat. afternoon. I was greeted with a nice smile and hello from employee Katy. After explaining my situation, I then met employee Braden, both Braden and Katy went way out of the way to help package and prepare for shipping, 3 large boxes for us. They stayed nearly 90 min. past closing to help us. The whole time being nothing but friendly and helpful. Customer service at it's absolute finest. Even after all that, Braden then took the time to help me figure out a good route to Detroit. I highly recommend this business to everyone. These 2 people, whom I'd never met, were a huge breath of fresh in a stressful situation. Thank you Braden and Katy. David Wylie and Sandra Dotson.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
