Tim Webb at Granville Property Management runs a very good HOA meeting, but he is not a good choice for managing individual rental properties for landlords or tenants. His very inadequate vetting of tenants for a brand new site condo resulted in $8k out of pocket expenses for me, the owner, to fix the damage done by the tenants he chose for me, and for which I paid a hefty vetting charge. When approached for a refund of this fee, he declined unequivocally. Two other tenants who are good renters say that Tim didn't know who they were when they called, and was always "rude and unapproachable" for maintenance calls. I would avoid this firm.
