        Great company to work for. The pay is great plus $2/hr covid/hazard pay. They have excellent benefits, including, PTO, sick days, life and AD&D, health insurance, dental, and vision. Aflac and other insurance option. There is always room to grow and improve yourself within the company via the leveling system, and it is encouraged. All initial on boarding training was paid and free of cost through Beacon SLS, including; First Aid, CPR, & AED training. There is also CPI or crisis prevention training. The only shifts are 12.5 hrs long and run from 8am-8:30pm or 8pm-8:30am. 3 days is full time. Overtime pay is nice and easily earned. You get work incentives for picking up shifts as well as mileage. I work nights and I love it. Days are good too. Hope to be here for a very long time.
