I would not recommend them. We had a little job for them that we went to them and asked if they could do it; they said yes. We waited 3-4 weeks for the quote only to get a response today that they "are going to pass and that they weren't interested" in our project. Looks like furnishing our new 11,000 SF commercial office building will go to someone who will take on the small projects as well.

Excel is great place to find good deals on office furniture. Their service is great. We really appreciate that they deliver and will set up your furniture for you. If you are in need of good quality items, I highly recommend Excel.

First off the office furniture that we ordered years ago from them we love! That's where it ends. We were relocating our office, and hired them to move the furniture. We gave them a six week notice, and then a call a week prior to the move. No one showed up. We had to make calls to reschedule. 18 months later we relocated again. Again we hired Excel to move the furniture. Four weeks prior notice was given, with another follow up call prior to the day. We received a call the day before the move, that they were not able to move us that day, and we had to reschedule. This year, we are expanding, and would like to have additional furniture to match the existing. It took quite awhile and numerous calls to have the furniture ordered. We placed the order, with their advising us that the order would take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Seven weeks later, we did not have our order. Most of our calls and messages were not responded to. Information given, 4th week the furniture was being painted, 5th week the furniture was being painted, 6th week it would be delivered however it did not make it on the truck, 7th week it did not make it on the truck. Most frustrating, was the lack of response and concern, unanswered calls, and the deceptive answers. Also when we wanted to match the existing furniture, they were unable to find the original order.
