      image Our case was referred to CRS for mediation services, and although we did not reach an agreement in mediation, I was still very satisfied with the services that were provided. Phillip C. was the mediator assigned to our case, and I believe he was professional, kind, and listened to our situation and made suggestions without forcing us to agree to them. I think he explained the process very well and was very helpful guiding us in this process.
