We helped our veteran friend, Ed, hire Comfort Keepers to help him with his daily needs. Ed had a stroke in his home and was found by Susan (his Comfort Keeper caregiver). Susan called 911 and went to the hospital and sat by Ed's side. Kelsey (Comfort Keepers Main Coordinator) visited with him when Susan had to leave. They both went above and beyond what was expected of them. Susan & Kelsey are a reflection of what Comfort Keepers is all about. My wife & I were out of state at the time. We were comforted to know Ed had a friend by his side, as he was on his journey to a better place. THANK YOU!

We hired Comfort Keepers for Long Term Care for our mother. They provided the utmost care and comfort plus stayed after my moither passed to help in all the preparations for the funeral home to arrive. My hats off to both Ruth and Majalya for the best care ever.

Comfort Keepers in Traverse City, MI became family to my parents. Their wonderful care allowed our folks to stay in their home for as long as possible. It was very easy for the family to stay connected through the Comfort Keeper portal and to coordinate care. I would highly recommend them for in-home healthcare.

Communication on this companies part is lacking at best, and dont expect them to show up when they say they will. Sad service, and even worse people. Liability is more of a concern then your families well being.
