This ATM is located inside target, near the last regular register, at the very front of the store. It's almost hidden next to a refrigerator, and motorized carts.

I have TCF bank for an auto loan, I had not dealt with them before this loan but am glad I only have a loan through them. Their website and online banking is terrible, hard to navigate and I only have a loan with them. Then the fact that about every 3 months my login will not work and I have to call and get everything reset, all I need to do is make a payment. If you cannot log in you need full account, note, bank acct, routing numbers just to make a payment over the phone, they don’t take debit card payments over the phone apparently. Just not customer friendly or as easy as other banks online options. Will never bank with them.

Greedy pigs. I made a deposit the same day my account was short, and they slammed me with 4 overdraft fees of $37, but could only refund one. This bank is as bad as all the other reviews say it is. I remember Bank of America stacking their deposits and withdrawals this way back in 2008 (taking the larger debt out first and hitting a fee on every little purchase). It didn't turn out well for them and hopefully the right people catch on to the same thing happening here.

Awful service.We will be changing banks.The worst bank I have ever dealt with their automated and mobile app are NOT user friendly in any way and customer service offers no help.Their atttude is if you don't like it,go elsewhere.They need to offer 0 because the 1 star is not accurate.
