I took a cashier check from a local bank to them to pay off a car loan, they put a 7 day hold on a cashiers check, and informed me even though I could pay off my loan with this check I will be liable for interest for the next week. I informed them that I will be closing my savings account that day and I will not bank with them ever again. They would not guarantee they would have the cash available to close my account after paying off my loan. They won't accept a check from another bank but expect me to accept a check from them, I don't think so.

Service at the 14th Street Branch is very poor from the teller level right up to management. Avoid this location at all costs.

The most visited Chemical Bank for myself. I go there so much that a few of them already know who I am haha. I am that much of a regular and so that is cool to me that they can recognize me like that. Very warm and welcoming. Never had an issue here. Alexandra is by far my favorite of them all! :D!

Everytime I go they take forever! And also I have been getting rude tellers. All I do is make a payment and they are so rude about it. I don't appreciate how I am getting treated.
