JKC Sewer, Drain & Plumbing Service

We had a sewer line that was clogged and backing up into our basement. I had one plumber who came and snaked the line but recommended I have the line water jetted. They quoted me about $1000 for the jetting. A week after they snaked the line we were backed up again. I contacted a rotorooting company who gave me an estimate of $600.00 for jetting. They came out for about 10 min and refused to jet or snake the line unless a clean out was put in, and they charged me $90.00. Needless to say i was frustrated. I contacted James from JKC he answered right away and came out the next day to check out the issue. He ran a camera through the line and recommended a clean out be put in the yard in addition to having the lines jetted. It wasn't cheap about $2700.00. I paid the money and James did the work, and I am pleased with the new clean out, and sewer line is clear. Throughout this process I called at least 10 different plumbing companies, many of which were not helpful in the least, and several never even returned my call.
