We were looking for a Stone (saphire) to mount it into a ring we have. The older sales lady ( may be Mrs Hacker) was very rude and not helpful at all. I never was treated so unkindly before in a business establishment. In contrary, the younger sales woman who consulted us previously was very nice and helpful. I will not be back, nor will I refer Hackers to anyone. To your response: I am glad that it didn't work out, because I bought a saphire stone with same quality you have offered (all 4C's) for 65% less and for the ear ring repair the store in Adrian did it for 40% less. I am also not surprised to read another review here that had the same unpleasant experience with the sales person. HAPPY CHRISTMAS!

Yes, we did come all the way to tecumseh to your store. Tecumseh is our home town for generations. You were very rude. I can only assume it's the same rude woman responding here based on your actions and comments.
