Bo's Professional Carpet Upholstery

Bo was reliably on time, courteous, and did a fantasitic job on our carpet. Our carpet has gone through two kids that are always forgetting to remove their shoes and two very active puppies who had quite the housebreaking experience. We had stains all over, most of which I have tried spot cleaning myself with no success. I wish I had thought to take a before photo. Our carpet looks brand new. I needed some advice on how to treat a urine issue. Just spent a lot of money on house remodel so couldnt really afford to get carpet cleaned just yet, and instead of being turned away like I was by the multiple people I called prior because I couldnt pay for services just yet he was willing to help give me information on how to take care of the problem myself. That means a lot. We will recommend him to anyone and will use him in the future when the time comes. Rare to find someone who cares more about the person than the money and he cared about us. Bo came out and cleaned the carpet in my bedroom, stairs leading up to it and the stairway leading to the basement. He was polite, professional and finished the job in a timely manner. Scheduling an appointment with him was easy too. I would use Bo again if I needed my carpet cleaned.

Showed up just before our scheduled time. Very professional, extremely thorough. Left my house feeling and smelling the cleanest it's been for a long time. Will definitely be using regularly. In a time of need, Bo came to save the day. I had a water line break, fresh water thank goodness that ended up flooding my newly redone basement. I estimate water was pumping in for about 10 hours over night. We woke up to a lake, my drains are covered due to the finish. I made one call to Bo, he quoted me over the phone, was honest and great on the price, and the best part... He came within an hour of me describing the flood. He did exactly as he said on the phone, which made us comfortable, we were prepared the carpet would be pulled up, after all it was soaked. He showed me what he was don't, why and how to put it back after its dry. He extracted water from the carpet first then the pad. Very through. He was a very nice guy. He was even cool to my kids. Answered all! Questions and was done in a timely manner. Would definitely use him again for cleaning and of course emergency water removal. 5/5 for sure. This is an honest man you can trust!
