Do not shop at this party city.
Had an issue, which they made worse, 800party city just had another employee call me (Jessica) whom didnt make anything better!
Both Jessica and Tara are unprofessional.

If I could give a negative star I would. I went in today to pick up my grandsons birthday balloons for his party (mind you my daughter was there before me getting a car load of balloons). I couldnt fit one of the huge dinosaur balloons in my car so I went back in the store for help and the girl got smart with me after I told her they shouldnt offer delivery services because every time we try to get it they can never accommodate me. I told her to lose her snarky attitude and then she proceeded to tell me that I needed to leave the store and she would be calling my daughter and telling her I never showed up for the balloons. I couldnt believe that an employee was going to lie to my daughter!!!! My 6 year old grandson was in the car upset because that was the one balloon he REALLY wanted ! I told her that and she could care less! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND NEITHER WILL MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY! If youre looking for party supplies go else where!!!!! Customer service is TERRIBLE!
