I’m writing a review because of the experience I had today. 10-19-21, I went to shell to get some gas and these hemp organic energy drinks. I tried one that my brother had gotten from there and loved it. I went to buy a lot of them and then it says I have to be 21 to buy hemp?! I did not cause a fuss other than said “ that’s ridiculous it’s 18 to buy cbd and hemp products not sure why I have to be 21 to buy an energy drink” then proceed to put the drinks away then a lady who was stocking shelves jumped in to just tell me how wrong I am that the law is 21. I personally know it’s not, because I go into smoke shops and other stores and buy cbd/hemp products all the time she was very rude and started to make me mad so I started to make a fuss that she had to be rude and tell I’m wrong. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I didn’t catch her name but she was an older lady with glasses short hair sandy blonde color. I assumed she was a manager maybe. Anyways very disappointed in your guys policies losing business over something that is 100% legal for me to buy. I think it’s right for every store to know the laws on their products. If I could give zero stars I would. This happened today around 4pm!

Station exterior seemed clean. Pumps function as expected. Only area for improvement is that the window cleaning solution at the pumps was super dirty and smelled like sewer/swamp water. It seriously would make anyone gag. Who knows what is growing in that water. Prices were on par with other stations in the area, which is usually not the case for Shell Gas, so that was a pleasant surprise. Location is easy to get in and out of as well.
