If I could give this business a NO star I would. I went to this carpet store and found the carpet I wanted. They came and measured for it and said they could install it right away. They ordered it and said it would be in within the week it was coming on their truck. It was about 2 weeks. I called to schedule a install date and they said it would be about 3 weeks to a month. They told me they had had lots of customers since I had ordered my carpet ?!!! So why did I get pushed to the back of the line? You can't tell me that ALL those customers ordered carpet you already had in stock. The installation job was TERRIBLE in some places it is not tight up to the wall and in other places it is to tight to the wall and has a hump/buckled at the wall. I spent all the next morning trimming all the ragged edges sticking up. I would NEVER recommend these people.

This isn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed, but most recently I called several times to set up a service call. After Talking with Penny and Keith I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 on Thursday morning. 4-15-2021 I waited over an hour for the technician arrive. He was a no show. I called and was told by the person on the phone that the person who was supposed to show up was “putting out fires” all morning. I stated a call would have been nice. I advised; my wife and I are planning to build and considered having Wajhans do the flooring in the whole house. Obviously we will seek out Seymour’s In the interest of keeping business in town. I’m very disappointed in the treatment and service I received, and I’m sure this is not how Ed would have wanted the store run.
