        We were treated very poorly multiple times so we decided to purchase our wedding bands elsewhere and have had much better service at a different jeweler.

        Surprised at the poor customer service and quality of work when Dave engraved the wrong date on one of the 15 watches I had engraved for my wedding! They finally fixed it over 2 months later!
