I just got a new EXPENSIVE script. My wonderful insurance was proud to cover it leaving me a co-pay above $2000/mo. Within a day, Diplomat found a usable grant and called with the great news that I had no co-pay. I love the legwork Diplomat does for their patients and appreciate the efficiency. Five star all the way!

They do not background check or drug test employees. Your personal, medical and financial records are not safe. My family has been a victim of one of their unscrupulous employees. Nothing was done about it. The employee, keya, was allowed to laugh in my face. And she still has a job. I urge anyone and everyone to look elsewhere for a pharmacy. This one doesnt care.

Terrible company. They authorize medications without your approval. Even after they said they were closing, even after I said I wasnt using them anymore. A month later they auto authorize my prescriptions, without consent, so that when I go to fill it at the pharmacy I choose and insurance says I can use they cant fill it because they already ran it! Avoid the pharmacy at all costs!

I had a wonderful experience for 2 years and then the software system was changed. Since then I have had only problems getting a correct co pay. They say they need help to fix it, but I don't get called back. Almost out of meds. I used to get called routinely to refill, but now get no calls. Frustrating!
