Hazen Lawn Care and Snow Plowing Inc.

They were confusing with their pricing at the start, telling us the hourly rate, and making us feel as though it would be just that, an hour. They did a good job making the house look nice, though way more work than I would have asked for if I'd known. They ended up spending 2 hours on our house. At least some of that was spreading some leaves I'd raked and asked them to pick up so they could mow them up. A little backwards to make it easier I guess. After trying to figure something out with payment, they simply didn't budge or give any sort of understanding and that was probably because they knew we weren't coming back. I'd stated as much. After mailing out a check, a month later I get another bill in the mail saying my payment is now late and they are charging me a late fee. I called with credit card information, so they could charge me a service fee, and took care of it without a doubt. A week after that, they email me to inform me they received a check that they will tear up since they already got payment from me by credit card. Thanks. You're welcome for the review. I thought about two stars, but really considering they had 2 guys, the lawn didn't look like it had 4 hours of work done.

My lawn was a mess. More weeds and dirt than lawn. At the beginning of my 3rd year with Hazen Lawn Care my yard was lush and green..beautiful! I couldn't be Happier and highly recommend Hazen Lawn Care, which I do often. My neighbor liked the way my lawn looked and called Hazen LC to take care of his lawn.

Local landscape supply company was back-logged and unable to deliver stone when it was needed. Being a previously satisfied customer of their services, I contacted Hazen and they went above and beyond to help. Not only did they deliver the stone on time, and as needed, but for a reasonable rate, they left the trailer too. This service meant I didn’t have to shovel the stone off the ground. Being able to go from the trailer to the wheelbarrow saved both my back and countless hours. I highly recommend their services.

I had email this company back in march 2020 for this snow removal . the email stated that he would be cleaning my driveway but never show up. Update he did back to me immediately there was evidently a miscommunication beyween us. Improved the rating as he does good work at an affordable price
