President Tuxedo

When my husband and I were in search of tuxedo rental, I had entered a contest for President Tuxedo at a wedding expo to win an all inclusive 1 week (6 nights and 7 days) honeymoon to a destination of our choice within the USA. To my surprise our name had been drawn! In order to receive the all inclusive package we had to lock in our wedding date, put our deposit on our reservation for the tuxedos, and have at the minimum of 10 individuals in our wedding party registered, and lastly choose our destination. We were told we would receive a call from their travel agent with 30 days of booking our reservation to book our all inclusive honeymoon. After waiting more than 30 days, we were concerned why we hadn't received a call. I personally went to the location to speak with a manager who denied there was any contest and that they did not have a travel agent and for our inconvenience they would "throw in" my husband's tux for free (which was already free due to having 10 in our wedding party). After, that I canceled our entire reservation with President Tuxedo and we chose a different tuxedo rental and my husband's tuxedo was free of charge with 10 in the wedding party and also received a free designer suite that included a shirt and tie. I do not recommend President Tuxedo.

Horrible service, during COVID they decided to close their doors for good as a company as a whole. No one notified us. All of our groomsmen that had their tuxedos rented and lost out on money because the business is closed. I suggest if you're in the same situation to have your groomsmen call their credit card companies and tell them what's going on and you should get somewhat of a refund. You will not get all your money back but it's worth a try. If they haven't already filed for bankruptcy.

I personally wouldn't reccomend this place unless you want things done wrong and want to be stressed out. I was getting married and had a large party of men getting suits from them...more than half of the suits were wrong when my guys picked them up including my husband's suit. They got the sizes SO wrong on my kids suits and even when they replaced them they were STILL wrong the DAY OF my wedding...thankfully the nice guy delivered the right fitting shirts to our house the day of. There is one very snarky rude guy who works here who acted as if it was our own fault that they were wrong and acted as if we were bothering him when we asked him to fix it. I wish I remembered his name. The manager was nice and tried to fix what was wrong but blamed it on her employees and talked down about them in front of us which was very unprofessional and embarrassing to the staff. I probably wouldn't go here again. Just too much of a headache.
