Never had the rudeness, unprofessional, snooty encounters every. After, I asked to speak to a manager, she just ignored me! I told her I would never come back. She reply back good and have a nice day! Like where is the manager!?!
Now, I know why they are going out of business. Horrible customer services!! They truly lost mines!! Teami tea here I come

What a pleasant dining experience. We had a great time in a lovely atmosphere. The bread is phenomenal, I had Chicken Shwarma?, and it was very tasty. The staff was very pleasant and the decor seems to lend to a very relaxing environment. Everyone was very happy with their meals and the cost was reasonable. Great Mediterranean food.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, awesome high quality products! I would recommend to anybody who loves tea, and wants to get into loose leaf.
Tips for the frugal:
* If you aren't ready to buy a PerfectTea Maker, buy the tea bags so you can taste the teas they don't sample first.
* Only buy their tins if you want something decorative, otherwise buy mason jars and keep them stored in a cabinet. (Airtight + Light tight, seals flavor and keeps the fruit flies out in the summer)
* If you want iced tea, either buy reusable ice cubes from the dollar tree, or simply chill steeped hot tea.
* If you're a fanatic, buy in BULK. You get a 10% discount when you buy a pound. That pound will last you a very long time!
