Sterling Medical Center & Urgent Care

Went there for 15+ years. Sad to see what it has come to now. New owners & doctors. No real connection with patients. Do not put patients needs first more concerned with what they can bill insurance for. Pushing their own pharmacy, tests I am not scheduled for yet, adding medications before they receive my bloodwork back, total lack of listening to patient or explanation of what they are doing. Never saw the doctor!! Left after all these years for a new doctor! Sad they have changed so much and not for the better. Watch out for their billing too, over charge/ double charges

Very unpleasant experience when I walked in nobody spoke to me, they also sat and laughed at the front desk talking about personal things. The doctor was not really helpful she seemed to rush everything and was not very welcoming. I felt like I was bothering them walking in to be seen. Im extremely sick and left work early was hoping I got helped. I would not come back again

Best urgent care I've ever been to. Been coming here since I was a kid! Doctors and staff are outstandingly helpful
