This is the absolute worst doctors office I have ever seen my pharmacy called me told me my medication cannot be released until the doctors office does so I called the doctors office and asked for them to call me back or for them to give me my medication authorization for a week and a half and nobody called me back besides one day and I missed a call. Why put somebody on medication when they cant get a refill for it stay away from this office for your own good

Ive been going to Dr. Zapata here for years and while his service has been great, I have dealt with the same rude receptionists the whole time. I have brought this to Dr. Zapatas attention, yet nothing has been done about the issue. I think its important to show empathy to your clients at a psychiatric office rather than being condescending and getting annoyed with the most basic of customer service requests. Additionally, I was never informed when Dr. Zapata resumed in-person appointments following the Covid-19 pandemic office closure. Staff needs to be kinder and more proactive and I will be looking for a new psychiatrist soon.

Basically the same experience as everyone else- the doctors here are wonderful and my psychiatrist has been such an excellent resource in my life, but the receptionists are consistently TERRIBLE!! I've been here for about 3 years and there's been at least 3 different receptionists- all of them exceptionally rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I swear they must be picking them like this on purpose because they never fail to hire the most off-putting receptionist for their practice... Not that it exactly matters; most of the time when you walk in, you can sit there for about 20 minutes before anyone even shows up at the desk anyways. It's frustrating because I do love my psychiatrist, but my experiences with their office staff are pushing me to look for a doctor somewhere else :( Book an appointment at your own risk
