Visited this location today for activation of my new 5G sims card. Got great service, took about five minutes to activate the new card. I highly recommend this location. They have great staff & service at this location. I will only use this location. Thank you!

I called ahead of time to inquire about seeing if my phone was ready for the update to 5G services and the employee was very knowledgeable, told me that I did not need an appointment and was incredibly polite. I went in and he quickly updated my phone and it was a very fast and easy experience.
I would highly recommend this location, it was about 15 miles out of my way but they were much more polite than the Imlay City location.

Wish I had gotten the associates name, he was very friendly and helpful. He wore glasses if that helps. I was really dreading coming here to activate my unlocked iPhone 13 Pro Max as it was a headache activating my 12 Pro Max last year at the Boost Mobile at Oakland mall. Not to mention they charged me $25 for a SIM card that retails for $10… Surprisingly, the associate here knew exactly what he was doing and was able to activate my phone in under 5 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. I wasn’t expecting things to go so smoothly, and I’m really appreciative of his help. Would definitely recommend this location. Thank you so much!
