        They told me I would get a free watch then told me there would be a $10 a month charge. I told them I didn't want the watch I was told I could not return it, even though I hadn't even touched the watch. I was told they took off the $10 charge. When I was able to see my bill I was still charged $5 per month plus another $18 something. Not happy. Restocking fees are outrageous, which is a store policy not T mobile policy. I cancelled my service within 11 days. They forgot to cancel the service on the watch and I had to call T mobile and get that cancelled after I was billed. Not good Custer care at this store.
