GLC Bowling

The Team at GLC Bowling are terrific. I ordered a pair of bowling shoes through Amazon and we had a bit of an issue. Without going through the whole scenario, my package ended up in the wrong city across the country. After notifying GLC Bowling of the situation (calls to Amazon and FedEx too), they realized an error with the shipping label occurred from within and immediately made it right. I received me shoes the next day. Two thumbs Up. Now, someone in Atlanta, Georgia got a new pair of bowling shoes. I hope that party does the right thing and return it back to GLC Bowling. Oh, and the shoes? They look and feel terrific. They are true in size. I wear a size 12 sneaker and shoe, I ordered size 12 and fit just right. Excited. I have bowling tonight, I'll report back.

Ordered a pair of shoes off Amazon from this place and paid for it to find out that it got delivered to someone else. Will not be ordering from them anymore since they cant get the right mailing address in their packages.

I ordered a pair of shoes and was not happy with the quality of the plastic laces when they arrived. I decided to send them back and look for a pair that did not have plastic laces. I paid the shipping both ways. Beware of their fine print. Customer service was not helpful. The return stated it may be subject to a 20% restock fee. I did not wear the shoes, packed the box back with all materials to avoid a fee, and the company still processed a restock fee, solely for the fact that I was not happy with the shoe. The fine print needs to be re-worded. I paid $40 plus shipping to try on a pair of shoes. Customer service was very crass and brief.

Ordered HAMMER FORCE BLACK AND ORANGE shoes. Could not find them at any pro shop in my town because they were an older model. Showed up faster than promised and couldn't be happier. Thanks for the great results, good company.
