While they were responsive when we called, the installation took longer than estimated and when finished explained that the pump they had just spent hours installing was not a very good make and they could not guarantee any of the work. They should have made the recommendation before the work began. We ended up exchanging the pump for a different one and installed it ourselves. Took the old pump back to the store for a refund and because the pump was on Pierson's card we were told to call them and be sure they gave us a refund. They did not return a single call for a month. Finally, they responded to tell us that the store isn't giving refunds. Shady. Service: Outdoor system repair

Pierson's responded to my voice mail within a short time, they checked out my job request, gave me a quote in a timely manner, gave me a choice of 3 different days to come to do the work. They worked quietly, cleaned up afterwards, I didn't even know they were working in my house. Great company to hire. Will keep them in my phone for future work.

Called and left message, was called back within 10 minutes. Came out next day to repair a broken septic tank line in a snowstorm. Quality work and super nice guys. Great to have such a responsive service provider in an area where even getting a call back is a small miracle. Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs.
