    I bought a Subaru Outback a couple months ago and immediately started having issues. It took a few months for the review because I was taking my vehicle to multiple shops and dealerships. It starts extremely hard the first time the vehicle starts every day. It will take a bit to start, but once it started it was fine. After taking it to multiple shops and a Subaru dealer it was determined this “problem” didn’t “appear” right after purchasing the vehicle and they knew about it. It was also determined it’s not related to a faulty part and it’s a quirk of the vehicle so also proof that Sunrise knew. The owner also conveniently had the Outback at his house the morning of my test drive. So he started the vehicle at his house because he knew it was going to start hard. Then, he drove it to the dealership so when I started the vehicle for the test drive it was fine and didn’t start hard because it was warm. If he didn’t know about the cold start issue then why was a car he was trying to sell at his house that he had to start and drive to the dealership?. He also kept telling me to take it to him if there’s issues... everything seems too convenient for him not to know. Does the outback run? Yes. Does it have an occurring issue that Sunrise didn’t tell me about? Yes. Did I overpay due to the problem? Yes. Does sunrise owe me $2,500? Yes Also turned over to the BBB upon recommendation of the dealer.
