They change doctor's faster than people change socks! I haven't seen my actual doctor in years. Only get PA's who love to do tons of unnecessary tests at you and your insurance companies' expense. God forbid you ask them to bill a workmens comp claim. I'm currently three months past one of those claims and looking at legal actions! I highly recommend you find a doctor outside the Spectrum Health/Corwell Health systems. Unless you enjoy lawsuits, stress, and high blood pressure. As of this review I have delt with over a dozen people including the billing department about this workmens comp issue. They are still not listening. I highly recommend you find ANYONE outside Spectrum/Corwell Health system.

My mother has been going here for years. Her Dr is terrible!! She found a lump on her neck 2 yrs ago n she just told her lose 10 lbs you will feel better. Well guess what? Now my mother is stage 4 cancer!! She will not be return here again!

I am no longer with this office; it seems that the only thing they care about is money. Never could get my charges correct. Now I've finally convinced my mother to change doctors. The last TWO years she's been sick, her doctor did nothing. She's now at stage 4 cancer. Never again will my family go to anything Spectrum.

Absolutely love our doctor McGovern her medical assistant. Both are excellent listeners, compassionate, and reasonable. Usually on time but if she is behind she gives her patients still the same quality of care.
