Ive been going tanning at the Lincoln Park Image Tanning salon for approximately ten years, taking breaks in the winter months. Ive been very pleased up until now. I have the elite package and have access to the black diamond beds. The buttons are broken on the bed and you cant operate the fan. No air what so ever in there. The other black diamond bed they have only emits heat from the top lights , the bottom half that you lay on stays ice cold the whole entire tanning session as if you are not getting any rays. Also the prices went up! Its very expensive! For the price Im paying I should have a bed with working control buttons and ventilation and to top that off to upgrade to a better bed in working condition when Im already paying a monthly fee of almost $70 I still have to pay $5.50 a visit for the upgrade !

I actually used to love this place, unfortunately the customer service is unacceptable(the middle aged blonde lady, who states she's manager)! The manager from the Brownstown location was very helpful and kind, but too far off a drive. The owner was supposed to call me which he never did. So lost $35, but worth not dealing with that lady.
