I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Cafe Thai I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but after my most recent visit, I will never be returning. I ordered my usual entree to go on the evening of February 15th. Upon arriving home, I discovered that my entree was missing the broccoli and the extra shrimp that I had paid for. Understandably frustrated, I called the restaurant, but to my dismay, they had already closed for the night. The following morning, on February 16th at 10 am, I attempted to reach out to the restaurant to address the issue, only to find that they were not open at that time. When I finally managed to speak with the manager, I was met with extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. The manager insisted that I bring the incomplete entree back to the restaurant in order to receive any form of compensation for their mistake. To make matters worse, the manager made racially insensitive remarks during our conversation, which left me feeling deeply disrespected and appalled. I am utterly shocked by the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by the manager, and I strongly advise against dining at [Restaurant Name]. It is clear that this establishment does not value its loyal patrons, and the behavior of the manager was completely unacceptable.
