Bob Leon doesn't pay the people he hired to work in houses he bought from people. He takes the draw money and uses it to pay mortgage payments and taxes and not the workers. He continues to say he will pay when homes sale but haven't seen a dime or communication from him.

Good afternoon,
I want to thank the Temple Team for all of your assistance with the sale of my home. Running into Freddie on Hasse was not a coincidence, it was a blessing.
There were others that showed interest but discussions would break down almost as soon as we discussed pricing.
I wanted to sell the for a couple of years, but couldn't seem to get the process started, holding on was getting expensive. He understood, we talked, take your time, there's no rush, and should you decide not to sell, that's ok too.
I decided to sell and began working with Clarissa who is absolutely wonderful. Collecting the necessary paperwork from the different contacts was less stressful with her guidance. This was the time and Temple was the Realtor. From start to finish, we were a team.
I want to say thank you again for the outstanding care and service you provided me.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Temple to anyone looking for a Realtor.
