U.S. Bank Home Mortgage

I will never ever use this banking again. I’ve called at the beginning of this month to changed address and requested for a new card. I’ve spoke to 6 different people and no one put my address change in and the card they claim they sent out never came because I just received mail at the old address as it’s a family member house. I’ve asked for multiple people to change my address and issue me a new card . It wasn’t until the 17th that they changed my address and I found out today with spoke with a Debra and Sam that my address has been verified but because of security purposes I still have to wait another 5-7 days for them to even issue me a card. It’s been a 21 days since the first I called and yet I have to wait another 5-7 business days for just card. Oh best part is I’ve asked them if they can transfer the money to a different account but aahley and Linda who I spoke with on the 17th said “we can not transfer any money because the card is inactive “. Think twice before using this company. I’ve jump through every hoops they asked me . I’ve faxed in all the information and they claim they didn’t get . I’ve spoke to 6 people. Instead of correcting any of the issues Or making sure I was satisfied as a consumer they just said oh our bad please wait another 5/7 business days. When I’ve already wait 21 days. I will take my business elsewhere and I won’t be ever coming back. I’m just cutting my losses even if I’m losing the money that’s already in that account. This company doesn’t even Deserve one star .
