Chris very charming and informative at first, really seemed to understand what I wanted from 15k landscape project. Very accommodating, returned 2 times following the $250 downpayment for landscape plans (which were done well), since ingame him a 4k deposit (he insisted stating its towards the plants and materials) I dont typically pay upfront but he was disarming and until that point genuine. Long story short have not heard from him for over a month, no work has been done, office not answering or returning calls, chris no where to be found!!! Can u say court, BBB

This company is a COMPLETE AND UTTER JOKE. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT HIRE THEM, or give them an ounce of your money. This company comes to your house, tears up the ground, destroys your property and lies repeatedly, inconveniencing you time, and time again. They don’t show up when they say they’re going to, completely unreliable. They don’t answer phone calls or respond to any forms of communication. Have no regard for their customers and basically shouldn’t even be in business. I don’t even know how they’ve managed to obtain over 3 stars here. If you want to have mud for a backyard in the middle of summer for months on end, instead of beautiful green grass, then go ahead and waste your time with this company. Also, on the rare occasion that they actually show up like they promise they would, expect them to only come and finish the bare minimum. Just enough to keep the customer “satisfied” and “quiet”. Also, if you have a patio in your backyard and are getting sod installed, expect that to be torn apart as well, without even so much as a “just wanted to make sure this is okay with you, first”. They also tore the hinges off of our wooden fence so the gate no longer closes, and isn’t secure enough to even let our dogs in the backyard. Can I also say how much fun it is having two dogs that basically live outside having no grass and only mud to go to the bathroom in? It’s made keeping the house clean A LIVING HELL. I wouldn’t hire this company again if it was the last company on earth. Don’t make the same mistake as I did.
