Let's start off, I used to be an employee for this company and found myself taken advantage. I did a lot of good things for them such as reorganizing the server room, which was indeed a fire hazard. Their so called server room is located in the downstairs electric closet. The building maintenance manager showed up one day and warned me to move lots of objects/boxes that were blocking the circuit breakers. Also the electric closet containing the servers was not cooled and this was making the servers get very warm. I warned them multiple times that if the servers overheat, they could lose there whole operation, but they really didn't seem to care. Another project I handled was their iPhone/iPad electronic device situation. They didn't even know where a good amount of their electronic devices were. There were a lot of missing devices that were literally untraceable. Lots of money has already been lost when I first began employment. I helped recover some of the missing devices, but others were too difficult to locate. I also cleaned the server room at their Grand Blanc location which was a total mess. On top of that, I did an inventory count of both locations. To get into the big picture, this company is very deceiving and unorganized. All said and done, my true thoughts for this company is that for one, it is very shady, and two it is very unorganized. Also there turnover rate is extremely high.
