Their website didn't work for me to be able to make my one time payment. I called in the morning, sat on hold for 30 minutes trying to pay my bill. Really? Corporate people waste sooo much money on their Masters and Doctrines. They don't have a clue on what goes on in the real world. The real world doesn't fit on a spreadsheet. If your business is to collect money you shouldn't make people wait extensive time to give you their money.

A typical collection agency...still wondering how the representative who work here will sleep in the night after so much rude to customers in the day time...they should be put in customer place to feel how its on other side....
