      • Unknown to protect employees

        They treat their employees, even dedicated employees that have been there 10+ years, like complete garbage. The only thing that keeps them there is other employees and residents they care for and get attached to. Barley any raises, just making above minimum wage and they keep the money that residents family gives them for Christmas and other holidays and stuff their staff that keeps the place and residents happy. Never in my life have I heard of being treated so unfairly. You need to step up and maybe you would be able to keep quality employees and not have a revolving door. It is awful that you allow this.
