State Soft Water - Country Water Treatment

Honest, dependable, knowledgeable. From the person that answers the phone to the person who puts the finishing touches on a repair, these people are OUTSTANDING! Their salt delivery person also does an EXCELLENT job. I would highly recommend them!

Live in South Lyon and had water softener go out on me on Wednesday - nightmare for this area. Called Country/State Soft, and they had someone here Thursday (Rob - came out and pretty much explained every line item in detail, what needs to change and what shouldn’t, tested my water intake and didn’t try to sell me anything I wouldn’t need). Unfortunately they were already booked for Friday install so i was on the schedule for Monday morning. But my water got so bad i called them Friday to see if they can move me up somehow. Tara answered and was very understanding (untreated water in SL can ruin your RO filters and appliances pretty quickly), long story short she was able to shift things around, called me in 30 mins and had a crew out here in less than an hour. Rob and Jason did the Installation, it was completed in about two hours and they were very thorough and clean. This type of customer support is very impressive, especially in this day and age. Not sure about Country before State Soft took them over but now the way this company is running business is news worthy! Keep up the good work! And thanks to everyone involved!

Rob came out to our new home in Blissfield where the well water had not been treated. As you can see from the photo the water was beyond rusty. Immediately after the hook up and flush of the system I filled a glass of water and that’s the second photo 😱 my review can’t say what those pictures can!!! Great customer service, INCREDIBLE results, and fair pricing! I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them for years to come!!

With the new updates they have made in country water it’s like a whole new company. I have used them for the last 4 years and the service was good now it’s amazing!
