I would recommend Echelon Homes to my family and friends. Every project has it's bumps but it's how the builder handles it that makes all the difference. We had a definate bump in regards to the timeline of our homes completion date. Who was responsible? Not fully the city of South Lyon or Echelon homes. However, when we asked for fair compensation for the extended timeline, Echelon provided what we requested and excellent customer service.
Rick, Jim, and Nick are very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. They answered all of our questions, and if they couldn't, they pointed us in the right direction to get the answer. If you are looking for an honest builder, Echelon Homes is the way to go!
Thank you for our beautiful new home, we love it!
