Johnny did our master shower remodel back in 2014. It has now shown signs of leaking and he's no where to be found to fix the problem.

I have written a good review for this business in 2016 after they did work in my house. But now I feel responsible to update my first review. I am sad to say that I will no longer recommend them to anyone else because I have a problem with the ceiling light/fan combo. It is wobbling and shaking badly and I fear it is going to fall on someone. I have a 3 year old grandson who plays in the room. I first began calling and leaving messages for Johnny since August 8th with no response. I believe a good reputable company returns calls and backs up their work especially if it could pose a safety risk. I know that when a contractor does insurance claim work and that work causes another claim that the insurance company can go back on the contractor and make them pay for the entire damage their work caused. I don't know that their work was done wrong I just know that they installed the light/fan combo that is now wobbling so badly. I also know it's been over a month that I have been leaving messages and he has not responded. I believed in this company and have recommended them over and over and I would have never recommended a company if I had known they would not back up their work or return a phone call. 😔
