This company is a prime example of corporate decision making being 100% out of touch about the importance of customer service. I'll tell you how to fix your major problem. 1. Fire you call center company. 2. Give direct phone lines into your studios, and a live person during business hours. 3. Setup your website for proper appointment booking, and a follow up call or email confirming. 4. Listen to your employees, they even know your phone system is complete garbage, and they don't even have direct phone numbers to share with customers for follow up calls. Seriously, wake up, this is what's killing your ratings, and the will for people to ever return for repeat business. Our experience booking an appointment was terrible, system said it was booked, but when we arrived for the appointment no one was at the studio. I'll give you 2 stars, but only because you covered the session fee on the second booking. You have good employees, help them help your company, by fixing your major issues.

I took my exchange student daughter here for her senior photos, and was extremely pleased with the service I received. The photographer was efficient and captured some great shots, and Kayla has been beyond great to work with - extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Critically Deficient in the area of scheduling and contact / correspondence. This place is a Soup Sandwich. Avoid if possible.
