I am sorry you were unsatisfied with your sitting. When you booked your Mini Session sitting for Thanksgiving Day you specifically asked if we had a living room type scene, which we did and you were directed to go to our Instagram account to see an example of it and our other Christmas scenes. You were told that the Mini Session included one background and Four Images w/print release. When you arrived for your sitting (a half hour late) you were showed the livingroom/fireplace background. You then asked about a pink background and arch you had see in a photo on google. You showed me a photo of our old larger studio on google which I said I didn't realize that photo was still up and I informed you that we did not have those backgrounds at this location. You agreed to go ahead with the fireplace background and mentioned that you liked our other grey background that we had up. I let you know that you could do another backdrop & receive a total of 6 finished photos for an extra $50 you agreed. I feel you might not of understood me because of my mask I was waring, when you were done being photographed and checking out I confirmed the total price with you BEFORE charging your card. When you questioned the price I repeated that the extra background was and additional $50 and if you didn't want to pay for that you could pick one to view, but you said you wanted both and were fine with the extra cost. As for the posing I made sure your dress was straightened and your husbands suit laid nicely and had both of you interacting with each other in a natural way posing. I put up a gallery of 60 photos for you to view and you had your finished order completed by the following Wednesday after Thanksgiving. At no time did you complain about the photos or our policies. Your only problem was that you had a hard time figuring out how to open your finished digital download which I walked you through on the phone. As for the photo on google it was taken down on the Friday after Thanksgiving and I apologize again if you feel you were miss lead. I understand that I was the only studio that was able to do your sitting on Thanksgiving day and I understand your confusion as to the different location even though you were informed beforehand that you would be photographed in our new smaller location. Covid has forced all of us to have to adjust, but under no circumstances did I try to intentionally mislead you. I felt your photos turned out beautiful your traditional Indian gown was stunning and I was considering using them as a sample. I am very sorry you were dissatisfied.
