Honestly this place makes it to the top 5 places of worst customer service for me! Both the women that were working were rude but the one was extremely rude. I don't understand why anyone would keep her as a employee. I can only wonder how many people aren't going back to this place because of how badly they are treated by her. I definitely will not be using this boat rental place again. On the plus side, the boat was very clean, seemed very well maintained but in no way does that overlook how bad the customer service is. Seriously blows my mind that the paying customers are treated that way.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any setting. The 2 ladies completely ruined my mothers 50th birthday by treating her like complete garbage. They were extremely rude. She also charged us an additional $50 because there was a little dirt on the anchor. Thats right! The anchor! No paying customer should ever get treated the way we were treated. Stay away!!

We had a great time yesterday and the pontoon rental experience was perfect. The boat was in great shape, everything worked, nice and clean and the staff were very helpful and efficient. Well be back, thanks again!

This is the 2nd time we have rented from Boat Town Marina. The tri-toons we have rented are new, clean and in great running order. Tamara is great at explaining the operation of the boat and where all safety-related items are located. We had a great day out on the water! Would definitely recommend Boat Town Marina!
