        I never understood the value of my State Farm homeowner policy until I filed a claim. The Erin Doan Agency was responsive, fast, and helpful from the beginning to the end of the process. The claims adjuster, Lucas, was outstanding! That young man stayed with me and the contractor until he had all his answers and paid me on the spot! I truly understand the value State Farm brings to the table, and I appreciate the follow-up from Erin Doan. You guys are great and live up to that motto: "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there." You guys hit the ball out of the park! Wow!

        My experience with Erin Doan insurance in Ludington Michigan was amazing I didn't think I would be able to afford insurance in my name but the staff here was excellent they gave me a fair price they're very kind and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone thank you for your service and your kind and courteous staff very pleased with the way you people help me thank you Jim wicks
