        Heard great things about Goodall. Decided to consult with them for home, auto, and life. My "welcome" call was off-putting. RUDE! Curt. Dismissive: Right from the opening "hello". After I asked a good three or four times, the woman told me her name was "June". I wasn't on the phone with her five minutes and she put me on hold twice while she looked for paper. I hadn't even started yet. Sighing into the phone? Seriously? I'm obviously shopping. That means I'm bombarded with friendly insurance agents eager to get my business and keep it. I called YOU. I was friendly and upbeat. The person on the other end was anything BUT. I feel like i interrupted the woman's manicure. If this is who you put out front? NO THANK YOU, GOODALL!!! I'm going to Tim Boychuck.
