Rodger and the rest of the people at TopFlite are fantastic. They have been doing our startup and shutdown for years, but recently we installed 6 zones and needed help with a broken system. Used them for a routine winterization, no issues there. However, I had casually mentioned that a competing sprinkler service company (won’t name them) had sold us a irrigation valve box lid that was the wrong size but refused to take it back for a refund. Later that day I went in the yard and saw they swapped the lid out for the proper fitting lid, no charge. Big bonus points in my book!
