Mav did an excellent job. They gave us a great price. They made sure they took care of everything that they found to be an issue. All within budget. I rarely write reviews, but after having Mike help me, I felt I needed to let everyone know how great he is. He is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly- a stand up guy. If you need work done , it would be hard to find someone more capable or caring. Id give ten stars if I could, and will be recommending him to all my friends and family.

Aside from being personable, owner Mike Vara was very good at keeping us in the loop about the progress of the work at our house. Our cramped, unventilated attic was full of a combination of vermiculite and mold, both of which MAV Environmental Services remediated quickly, safely, and successfully. They installed a solar attic fan to increase the ventilation and defer future mold flareups. Mike also accommodated our request for additional insulation to bring the thickness in line with current US Dept of Energy standards for Climate Zone 5.

Mike was extremely helpful, nice, available, and his workers were very respectful and worked hard (they did my roof in one day, on a very cold Saturday). I contacted Mike and Nicholas the following Sunday morning because I had some questions, both of them replied. Really, MAV is great !
