        I have called at least 15 times over the last 2 weeks. I’ve left 3 messages and never get called back. It is currently Friday and my child starts school on Monday and I still don’t know when he’s getting picked up. I’d also like to mention they called me this afternoon but it was for the wrong child. I was told I’d get a call back and that was 2 hours ago and now they are probably closed. Very disappointed that this is the transportation servicing children with special needs.

        My issue is personal contact by a bus driver with a parent. All contact should be with the bus garage by the parent but my kids mother has very personal contact with a driver who she never knew till he started picking up our daughter
