        Ian was very accommodating to two first time home owners and made the entire inspection process seamless and painless. His online booking portal is extremely user-friendly, and he offered weekend times so we didn't have to take off work! He walked us through the entire house after the inspection and pointed out several key items that first time home owners should know. He is incredibly diligent in his inspection, and the report you receive after is not only detailed and thorough but well-organized in a way that anyone can understand it. I also really appreciate that he went above and beyond in testing our circuits even going so far as to return another day with a new part to ensure it was done correctly. I highly recommend Ian and his services!
