Pier 33

We can't say enough good things about Rebekah in the front office and Jamie in service. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure that we were treated fairly and that our business was appreciated. From winter storage, to annual maintenance, to prop work, to a full bottom job, the Pier 33 staff has been transparent and honest at every step. They've coordinated outside vendors (like the sandblaster, prop shop, etc.) with their own techs and service personnel to make sure we've received the "full service" that they advertise. There's no shortage of horror stories out there about marinas not getting the job done and boating seasons being ruined, so it's nice to have a true full service marina in the area that you can count on. Keep up the good work Tighe, Jamie, Rebekah and crew!

Tighe Curran, the manager, is arrogant and rude. If not for him I would've given this establishment 5 stars, as the rest of the staff were helpful and polite.

It was great for my 1st time experience. I did a Charter with Coldwater Charters. Great time.
